I've come to the conclusion that my daily walks are not enough to lose weight, and maintain the loss. I have lost 25 pounds since July, by walking at least 6 days a week. Problem is, if for some reason I miss a day, I immediately gain at least a pound. I am frustrated.
I know that a key part of a healthy life, is eating nutrition, well balanced meals, but with the financial situation I am in (too much to go into), and the schedule that I work, it is very difficult for me to do so. I am frustrated, and do not know how to overcome this. Macaroni is cheaper than veggies, and I find myself falling back to overeating when I eat high carbohydrate foods. Man can't live on meat alone, though.
I probably shouldn't publish this self pitying blog, but maybe someone has the answer - If anyone even reads this.
